"I have been a customer of State Farm's Tim Ochs office for YEARS and am 100% satisfied with them. I just recently traded my vehicle in, and updated my policy to reflect that. They were SO FAST in getting information to the dealer, that even the dealer was impressed - which in turn, made the paperwork that much quicker to process. "Can't recommend. Very bad experience! We've dealt with insurance companies on many occasions through the years and have always felt that local agents worked hard for their clients. However, this agency has made me feel that they don't care about a fair resolution and are utterly powerless to advocate on behalf of their client. Very disappointed to see how bad service has become and how little they seem to care."

"I wanted to acknowledge receipt of your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to respond. My role as an Agent is to advocate on Emily’s behalf and to share concerns that arise during the claim process. I have done that, including sharing your detailed concerns about the valuation completed on her vehicle, sharing the information you gathered on vehicles you felt were comparable to Emily’s car, and sharing in your frustration when the claim office did not initially follow up as expected. State Farm feels that a fair settlement offer was made on Emily’s car. As of July 25, you indicated that Emily was going to pursue the appraisal process. In my email on August 11, I shared my thoughts that this likely provided the best option to resolve issues of value. I am not a licensed automobile adjustor and certainly am not an expert on the claim settlement/valuation process. That role is entrusted to our Total Loss team, and disagreements on value are resolved by our claim associates. As an agent, I am prohibited from requesting a claim be negotiated beyond what the company feels is a fair settlement, though I would not make that request if I was able to. After receiving your feedback, I contacted the claim office again to discuss Emily’s claim. I wanted to be sure that our claim team had done its part to communicate the process to pursue Appraisal as we discussed in July. It is my understanding an associate reached out to you on Friday and reviewed the Appraisal process again. I am sorry that you are disappointed in the service I provided, and the claim process in general. I do want you to know that in the end, I hope Emily receives a fair value for her vehicle."

"Hello Everyone, So I am new driver and I really don’t now much about insurance. It was my first car and I had open a policy under my name. As I researching quotes, I stumbled upon State Farm. "So the son was able accommodate my rental insurance needs. Even checked some other quotes through them for me. I love that it is a family setting that was VERY welcoming. "We have been with Tim for many years and now that our son is on his own, he has his policies withTim also. Tim is a great agent, so very helpful and if we need him, he always gets back to us promptly. His office staff is helpful also. Recently we had to put a claim in with our homeowners, never in 30 years have we had to put a claim in, but Tim took us through the process and State Farm came through for us. Tim suggested Justin Patnode from PuroClean as our restoration person. Justin was professional, caring and very helpful. His workers were kind and did a thorough job for us. I would refer PuroClean for any restoration jobs anyone needs. Thank you Tim and Justin!"
